New Store Features

To enhance your online experience at 4×4 Store Australia, we’ve added a bunch of new features over the past week. Bigger and more images, direct product enquiry forms, a price match form, as well as a series of small improvements have taken residence.

Product Images - Bigger and Better

Aside from just your standard 200×200 product image, we are in the process of adding multiple images for much of the gear listed on 4×4 Store, as well as beefing up the size to 500px. You’ll now be able to look at products from different angles and with far more detail. Rather than slowing down your viewing of product information, these images are accessed by clicking on descriptive text links, so you choose what you want to see. You also don’t have to leave the product information page to view these photos, rather they load over the page itself.

With so many products on the site, adding multiple new images for each product will take some time. We are working hard on it however with daily image updates now part of our routine. Within a few months new images should be available for most products on site.

Product Enquiry Form

Why leave a product information page just to ask a question about it? We couldn’t figure out why either, so now we’ve added an enquiry form to the bottom of each product page. This way whenever you have a question, you can ask it on the spot, and remember we do respond to all enquiries so you’ll get an answer fairly quickly.

Price Match

We understand that every now and again you’ll find a lower price listed elsewhere, especially with all the fly-by-nighters trying to make a quick buck online. Well now you don’t have to compromise! You can enjoy our quality of service, trackable shipping, and many other advantages and we’ll try and match their listed price. Simply complete the “Price Match” form at the base of each page, and we’ll send you our offer. If we’ll meet their price, we’ll add a discount coupon with the email so you’ll never need go elsewhere.

Reviews

Whilst not a new feature, we’ve brought it out into the open a bit more. We believe product reviews (good and bad) are a great feature as we can all use and enjoy the real world feedback to help us with our own decisions.
