Staun 329 provides unprecedented penetration, lubrication and unsurpassed corrosion protection to multiples of metals.
When Staun 329 is applied, it:
- Displaces surface moisture;
- Forms an ultra thin film (monomolecular protective layer) which clings to exposed areas;
- Enables excess liquid to vaporise (similar to how a mothball works);
- Results in the protective vapor conditioning the surrounding atmosphere;
- Then vapor migrates to all metal recessed areas and cavities;
- And vapor condenses an all metal surfaces (replenishing);
- VpCI ions dissolve in moisture (surface or air born);
- VpCI protective ions are attached to metal surfaces;
- VpCI ions re-form a monomolecular protective layer on the metal surface (under the moisture) and the protective layer re-heals then self-replenishes through further condensation of the vapor;
- If the protected surface is scratched or disturbed, Staun 329 will self heal (creeping back to cover the scratched surface) and the cycle starts again.
